This will be my third year of attending Multifamilypro’s Brainstorming sessions. There are many reasons why I go and my goal with this post is to inspire all of you owners and decision makers to give some serious thought to sending some of your team this year.

The Training Factor is a company that lives and breathes education every day which is why we fully endorse this event. Brainstorming Sessions

This will be my third year as a facilitator. It is a pretty awesome privilege I have to say. These sessions are a key element in developing your teams problem solving and team collaboration skills. The pace is quick and the ideas shared rock. It is absolutely impossible to walk out of this session without something to take home and implement at your communities.

Educational Sessions

There are numerous educational tracks this year dealing with marketing, training and others. What’s an interesting twist this year is that it’s not just sessions where you are sitting there and taking notes. Part of the sessions will include a Brainstorming section enabling your team members to collaborate on ways to implement what they have just been taught on.

In summary this event is a great opportunity to allow for team growth. I have witnessed numerous property management companies who provided this event as an award for their high achieving team members.
