National Apartment Association Booth 1026

This is the main event. The National Apartment Association is ready to kick off a much anticipated 2011 event. This is an event that I am looking forward to greatly for many reasons. The sheer magnitude has left me in awe every year. We are exhibiting this year again so we look forward to your visit at Booth 1026. Let me highlight a few reasons why I am so excited to attend once again.

Connections

I know the moment I get off that plane in Vegas and enter the hotel that the face to face happiness will begin. There are so so many people that I talk to online with each and every day that will be there. Some I have met before, others I will meet for the first time. The fact is that the regular fantastic online dialog will culminate in a big hug with many. That will rock!!  Not only that but we are super happy to have our booth beside one of our partners Indatus.  Be sure to check out all their cool tracking tools available.

Education

As always, the National Apartment Association puts on a stellar lineup of fantastic speakers. I am not going to name names of course because there is just such a long incredible list of great people who are ready to teach and inspire us. Check out the NAA Education link and pencil in your sessions you wish to attend. NAA has individual Twitter hashtags to keep in tune with the sessions taking place. I am happy to see the social element implemented with the conference. It is cool to see the overall embracing of social media within our industry. There still appears that there is a lot to be learned especially with Twitter for many but the forward progress is very inspiring. Kudos to NAA for providing a wonderful lineup of educators and for facilitating a way for the world to know about our industry.

Possibilities

We are now in an era where multifamily operations have never been more important perhaps. Statistics continue to show the dramatic need for rentals and for professional property management companies to be in the driver’s seat to care for this growing demand. There will be numerous industry partners who will be exhibiting. They are there because they feel they have a product or service that may help you. Give them your ear for a moment if you can. Be open to possibilities. As fast as this industry is changing, many industry partners have worked hard to be in tune and ahead of the needs of our industry.

For those of you who follow what we do, self-promotion is rarely if ever highlighted in our efforts. However we do wish to invite you to visit us.
