Multifamily Mayhem: More Time for FarmVille?

Last Friday the #APTCHAT was focused on what to do as we approach a slower season.  Some apartment folks felt that there is no such thing as a slower season, while others commented that move-ins do decline but that this is the time for improving and ramping up other programs. There were over 300 tweets last Friday on the topic.  Can you join this coming Friday and support Lisa Trosien and Mike Whaling as moderators?  This little comic shows Chip the property manager talking to his leasing team. The answer he received is definitely where we don’t want to be spending our time.

It’s important to maximize our time.  I have a minor lull this week and I learned how to fix html dating code, add more tags so the main page of my blog does not list the whole post but only partial posts and insert thumbnail images into the “Featured Posts” at the top of the blog page.  Using moments when it is a bit slower to maximize and tweak will only make your busier times that much more profitable.
