With all the stories that we have seen, heard and even experienced, The Training Factor has decided to put together a regular comic strip to help liven up the day a bit. The characters in our cartoons are representations of the actors that are used in our training courses. Nice catch on the clock Nichole. Those days to happen. In my former profession it was the same way, but the customer or resident always comes first. That is just part of the job title and the opportunity we have to make someone's day. Take care!
